Cancellation Policy

At SkynTravel, travel flexibility is supported through a clear and structured cancellation policy. The terms below outline how cancellations, refunds, and related charges are handled for car rental bookings.

1. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their car rental booking through the SkynTravel platform or by contacting customer support.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one day’s rental cost.

Refund eligibility may also depend on the rental supplier’s specific terms and conditions.

2. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive at the rental location at the scheduled pickup time and no prior cancellation is made, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

  • A no-show fee equivalent to one day’s rental may be charged.
  • Additional supplier policies may apply depending on the booking terms.

3. Cancellation by SkynTravel
In exceptional situations, SkynTravel may need to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond control, such as:

  • Vehicle unavailability
  • Operational or supplier-related issues
  • Maintenance or safety concerns

In such cases:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Assistance may be provided to arrange an alternative vehicle, subject to availability

4. Refund Processing
If a refund is applicable:
Refunds are processed using the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5 to 7 business days, depending on payment providers

Any additional charges applied by banks, card issuers, or payment gateways are not controlled by SkynTravel and remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refund eligibility is subject to supplier policies and booking conditions
  • Service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable
  • Customers are advised to review booking details carefully before confirmation
